I made these today with Chicken Legs. Wow!!!!! We loved them and there are leftovers for tomorrow 😊 I made extra sauce and used that also to extra bàste with the drippings. OMG, delicious, I did not have the Medium SYM seasoning, just the hot, so I used Ragin' Cagin instead, plus my usual Lime to cool down 🏖️ Family loves them, ty 🔥

Try using Molasses in your basting sauce, it has a high temperature cooking point and will darken your wings in a nice dark sweet taste.

I have to find the lower sodium slap your mama seasoning. I found it too salty. More salty than seasoning salt from other brands. I’ve just noticed companies go heavy handed on the salt with seasoning blends.
