My daughter's bedroom has a latch lock on it just like the one in the video. If they push the door gently from the inside, the Lock pops off. Seeing as you never see the inside of the room, there could be someone in there doing the exact same thing.

Just to shed a little light on the Malaysian video. The two talking voices were walking about the woman outside the shop. They thought she looked strange. They were speaking in the Terengganu dialect of Malay. This may mean that the video came from Terengganu which is one of the states on the East cost of Peninsular Malaysia. In the first video, if you notice the way the latch hook is bent a little outwards and how straight it is, it can easily come right out of the loop by pushing on the door. It's possible and i've seen that happen before. The hook would have to be bent more inwards with pliers to keep it from popping out. Also, someone could easily be behind the door pulling on the door to open.

1:12 if you bend the latch just right, a small amount of tension will pop the latch open. Someone on the other side of the door just has to slightly tug on the door and the latch will unhook.

The one at 6:00 is just the underside of a foot of a stuffed animal. A lot of rabbit ones usually have that bottom foot pattern. You can even see the toys grey fluff around it.

Big fan of Nuke's Top 5. Nuke's team puts a lot of effort into editing the videos to highlight the areas of interest in the clip and you can tell Nuke watches the source content that is turned into clips for his own videos. If a channel is primarily using other peoples videos to make their own it is super important that the source content is reviewed, IMO.
