There was a time when someone successfully snuck footage, but not of anything good. The next time everything was gone. If it was so top secret, then we wouldn't be seeing it on Google maps. I doubt that many top secret bases stay in the same place for long except for maybe certain underground facilities or those carved out inside of mountains. They let us use our imagination. Let us build our own fantastical ideas of the power of our government. If we're wrong or if we're right it doesn't matter much to them. It's the perception of power.

The man falling next to the van had jumped from the overpass above. The dashcam was most likely filming at 10 or 15 frames per second. The man was falling so fast, the camera wouldn't record him until he hit the ground.

I think he fell out of the vans window. If you slow it down, and watch closely, he apesrs right at the window then falls. If he had fallen from the overpass, chances are that he wouldn’t have been able to get up. I watched it on a 53” screen, at the slowest motion, and there’s no doubt in my opinion that he was fooling around hanging out of the window and tumbled onto the pavement. Of course, it’s only an opinion. The only thing I will guarantee is that he didn’t “appear” suddenly on the ground, he was obviously recovering from falling, and like you said, the driver was quite aware he was there, when if someone appeared at the wheel well, he wouldn’t have even seen the person and stopped.

​@@Johnathon10 He didn't just appear at the wheel well. He fell from the overpass and the driver saw him falling. The dashcam records at a very low frame rate. The camera was most likely between frames as the man began to fall and first caught his image about half way through the fall.

If you play it in slow motion, especially when it is played in reverse, you can see the man is a blurry grey object that lands on the hood of the van and streaks back up. You can definitely see a large blurry object falling down and then quickly being stopped by the hood of the van. I believe someone was hanging from the overpass and fell down on the hood of the van and then immediately slid off onto the road. Again, it is easier to see it in reverse and in slow motion.

I grew up in a trailer park across from the South Gate of Area 51. Used to ride my dirt bikes in the desert surrounding it. Never saw aliens but they would do some kind of testing underground a lot of the time. Weapons testing we always thought. When a strong blast would go off the army engineers would show up and ask if we had damage (like cracked ceilings or broken windows) if so they would fix it .

I live in a very rural part of Louisiana, have found arrowheads by my back door that have been analyzed as 4-9,000 years old so I've seen unexplainable, creepy shit to say the least.. and the little man. I call BS too because if you watch the far right of the screen just past the boy on the right's shoulder. What is in the corner? I can't tell what it is but it looks like there is a little square window at the shoulder height of the boy and it looks to me like there is another boy in there. Could he be operating the tiny.......thing??? by remote control? Is it a door with a window or is it just a picture taped to the front side of the door? I don't know but, in any case, the little figure came from there, so they could have had it staged behind the door and we can't see who is filming so someone else may be operating a remote control behind the camera person.

The “army brat” reunion was in Phoenix about 15 years ago. One of the men was named Tom and he lived with his wife not too far from Las Vegas. I asked what he did for a living. He said he worked at Area 51. I was curious so I asked if he could share anything that goes on there with me. I knew he probably couldn’t but thought it wouldn’t hurt to ask. His wife laughed and said they’d been married for twelve years and she stopped asking him how work went because she knew absolutely nothing about what goes on, because he’d been sworn to secrecy and hadn’t talked about anything that happens there in the 13 years they’d known each other. Not even anecdotes about his coworkers. It was pretty much name, rank and serial number and that was it. I found that weird because my husband shared everything with me at the end of the day. I have seen two of those pyramids in my life, high in the sky, daylight. Kind of transparent-white. Rotated on it's side seemingly in place for several minutes, then vaporized. Why did the video keep stopping at the same place just as the 'person' was getting up? What happened after that? Why was the video footage not continued? Right away there's something 'doctored' there for sure!!!!!!!

Maybe the driver did not notice it at the time but when he reviewed the camera he finally noticed something wasn't right.

Because the complete video shows the person boarding the vehicle. which proves that he did fell from the car and then got back inside of it.

@@Jedzelex ok but it clearly looked to me that he was laying on the hood and fell off. It's blurry but you can see him falling past the fender. I thought he got hit by the van?

@@Kevin-pv3kg To me it looks more like he was on board the van and fell off. Then immediately was going to get back in the van. That's why the video cuts off at that point. Because if we saw him get on the van then it ruins the whole narrative that he appeared from out of thin air.
