Nothing like walking aound at dawn knowing when the timers are set for and then telling everyone it's you doing it. As for the street light, thats that's easy too. Lot's of street lights are set to 'dim' after a certain amount of time to cool off and last longer. I have security lights in my apt complex that do the same thing.

Getting tired of the videos of "ghost" caught by a door cam or outside camera. Due to the lowlight and type of cameras they dont really pick up things that are to far from the camera and that are 180 left or right of the camera. Its just someone going for a walk.

It wouldn't be the first time. Dead Files had a couple of episodes where people were pushed and worse. Some people see paranormal events regularly and some people never experience anything. Sometimes something can happen in front of a group and only one or two will catch it. I've had enough odd occurrences myself that I would never doubt anyone who sincerely said they had a paranormal experience. Life is very strange and unexplainable. I support those who have the courage to say what they saw or went through.

"Here's one more" and it's the same light that was flickering off right before, in the building with two posts and two sets of benches! like, streetlights do shut off randomly because they can get too hot, and that flickering on and off in that residential area is probably just a bad wire connection. There's a reason why SLI can't be scientifically proven with testing, because it's just random electrical events, not paranormally related. 😅

There are old mercury type street lights near my daughter house in town. One blinks on and off all night. They won't fix because this summer they are supposed to be exchanged for LED lights. I live way outside town but in a 4 way stop village. We have 8 street lights and they have all been switched to the LED ones. Much brighter and no blinking on and off unless the lightning is fierce. Lol

I had one street light which was turning off when I was passing by too. It was every day during winter time when was already dark outside. From far distance I could see that all the streetlights were fine until I passed that one which turned off only as I got very near to it and turned on when I was a few meters away again. When I walked with my brother, it turned off and then on as well, but only when I was near, when my brother tested it, the street light remained on.

I can’t say all of those were the cause of motion detectors, but many communities are now using motion detectors to turn street lights on and off when motion is detected, to save electricity. Like when he claimed if he stood still long enough, it would turn off. Duh.

The Slider man is possibly true. This used to happen to me, all my friends would joke about it, if I walked into a particular pub the juke box would switch off and streetlights would often turn off as I passed only to come back on again once I was about twenty yards away. I couldn't wear a battery powered watch for years, they would all stop working. The whole thing stopped happening when I got into my late twenties, I'm 68 now and have not experienced it again.

I've had it for life also. I'm 70+, and still can't wear a battery powered watch. My wife and I metal detect as a hobby, and even with matching detectors, her batteries last almost twice as long as mine. We've even switched machines, and I still have to change batteries far more often. Even my phone discharges when it's in my pocket and I'm not using it. But I can forget and leave it in my jacket, go into other rooms for the rest of the night, and only lose 5% for auto functions. But on me for 4 hours unused, and it loses 25+%. Frustrating at times, but I don't know anything other than to live with it. As to why, my father said it was part of being able to douse, or water witching, as it was called then. I can still locate water, unmarked metal pipes, even old dead springs that just seep. Reckon it ain't going away.😎

Odds are in the last video with the dogs and the figure walking left to right is that the camera is older or damaged. I worked security years ago and had certain cameras where, at night, it would look like a ghost phased in as a person approached the camera. Then, they'd ring the doorbell, and we'd buzz them in. All the cameras that had that issue were outdoors. When it comes to security cameras, it is best to see if you can reproduce what you see before making an assumption. That doesn't mean it's all fake or imagined.

In the clip of the woman in the corridor 4:58 it’s quite obvious that the video has been masked to remove the person who drags the plant over. It’s been badly masked but this doesn’t matter because it leaves the ghostly effect in the doorway, which adds to the creepiness. In 1/4 speed you can see the same effect effect over the door jamb where the person’s arm would be when they pulled the plant over.

I had an experience at a hotel in Charlotte NC USA 8 years ago. I had gone to Charlotte to meet my adult son for a family funeral. I checked in and went to my floor and my room key wouldn’t open the door. On the 3rd attempt I heard a voice say, “This is my room, not yours.” It was not a telepathic voice and it definitely came from the other side of the door. I apologized returned to the lobby and requested another room and why. The clerk was surprised, called the room but got no answer. She gave me the room across the hall which I went to, entered without issue and called my son. He was skeptic, but knows I’m a sensitive. I then went out to eat after I asked the clerk to check the other room while I was out. She did and reported having found it empty and cleared for the next person to occupy.

Street lights with sodium bulbs have lifespan that when they start going bad they turn on and when they get to certain brightness they will turn off, you can watch a street light that is experiencing a bad bulb for awhile and be able to judge when the light will go off or on by timing it. The other lights he is controlling are on motion detectors that when it senses motion the light come on and when you back out of range the light will go back off at a set time by it's self, so if you the radius of when the light comes on and how long it stays on you can essentially control the light with your body.

Yeah it's definitely not you. It happens around everyone. Either. The ballast gets too hot and they shut down for a moment to cool themselves off or the ballast is faulty and on its way to failing which causes the light to intermittently flicker on and off. And the period at which they flicker can be anything. They could do it every half second or they could turn off and stay off for a minute before turning back on and staying on for a minute. But if you think, if you honestly think that you are doing something to affect whether the street lights are on and off, that is the sign that you might have a little bit of mental illness.

If the photo of the grandmother was taken with either a cell phone or a digital camera, then there will be metadata that gives information of exactly when the photo was taken. And if the original image is still on the device, it would rule out Photoshop or any other manipulation of the image.

that last video, security cameras don't take a full on video recording, they are likened to a series of snapshots every 1/4-1/2 a second intervals, giving the illusion of a "ghost" the dogs were reacting to some random person walking down the street.

Only my opinions... 1. Inconclusive. Also looks like it could be La Llorona or a grey alien or ghoul or... 2. Street performers 3. Streetlights go off and come on again after I’ve passed them too ! I believe it’s something to do with static electricity, as I’ve given many people electric shocks just by brushing past them or shaking their hand and killed lots of electrical equipment just by using them ! Once, when I was around 20 (34 years ago), I had stayed over at a friend’s house and was making breakfast - I burnt out the kettle, the toaster and later, the hoover ! I been able to make street lights flicker every time I am near them also I always have a lot of static electricity. Like more than a regular person. Light bulbs always explode when I'm near them. When I stay at people houses they always have to be changing their light bulbs. In older houses when I was little my mom was always replacing fuses.

1 of my SLI episodes I was accumulating radiation and got so used to feeling when the street light was about to go out just for fun i would tell the light to go out just before it did (i dont really think o commanded it, just felt it about to happen.) Also happened for hundreds of shop fluorescent lighting as well as ashop computer cashier machine. 1 place i experienced sli I was staying at a motel place for a couple of weeks which had a mobile phone telecomunications tower above the bedroom with big wires running around the ceiling as well as a little shed nearby with a faded sign on the door saying WARNING RADIATION KEEP AWAY on it just next to where i hang up my laundry to dry. It's so common for passed loved ones to visit, after our daughter died, the hospital or hospice or something actually asked us if she had visited yet. She does visit once in a while. In fact I (still dont) never believed the doors opening by themselves til one day I was sitting in the living room and just like those fake videos, woosh the door goes open like it got pushed. I have a hard time with that one because again I just don't believe ghosts care about opening doors or cabinets.
