Spot on. I have been simulating live attacks and this techniques works extremely well most of the time. Moving fast away and closing the distance immediately control the arm and get into grappeling or mount posdition over the attacker.

Most importantly is that Idan is honest, caring, hard working and loving instructor. I have followed other self defense instructor's on youtube before, but I don't anymore. I wish more instructors were like Idan.
