"Beggars and Hangers on" from Slash's first Snakepit Album, yes that is Gilby Clarke and Matt Sorum. Beggars was co-written with Duff and was supposed to be a Guns song but Axl rejected it at the time.

He says in his autobiography that he's had a lot of issues with people trying to steal it and that one's sentimental to him so he put it away in his house and had a new one made of leather.. in these new GNR reunion shows it looks like he's been wearing this one again though

@@makaylecash The one he wears in the Welcome To The Jungle Video (5:47) got stolen and was never recovered. Kind of poetic since he stole that hat himself from a store called "Retail Slut". The hat you mentioned with leather is just a regular felt top hat covered with leather, and I think that one might be the one he wears in this video. The one he wears now is a new one completely.
