Royal ChoZ Spriggan is basically a recolor with a different stock combo, so I personally would not consider it an evolution, I would consider it more like what Takara Tomi did with Twin Nemesis not having the "official" (anime) combo, whereas Hasbro did use it with Noctemis N3.

It's clear I'm much older than you base on what you are saying, Valkyrie is the main beyblade of beyblade in the anime takara tomy make valkyrie stronger than other beys, and when that Hazard Kerbeus is a defence it doesn't mean it all defends and not bursting all the time, takara tomy called it "marketing" when they release a beyblade product doesn't mean its better than before, balancing the chances of op/over-power beyblades and products through out the merchandise, old beyblade doesn't mean it's not better than the new, and beyblade bursts a lot even Cho-z Valkyrie, Spriggan, and Achiles burst if the chouzetsu wing/burst stopper were pressed in during battles, and each beyblade has a weakness like a krytonite I guess, Garuda bursts vs. Hazard Kerbeus is a time when you got lucky or one of garuda's kryptonite
