I havent found a slavic video example, but this is Wardruna, an norwegian group, known for their use of old instrument forms. But this variations of lures existed in slavic musik too. There is a clear sound of Diple (slavic bagpipes) Dvojnice/Dvoyanka (Slavic double flute), Sarmatian Horn, Gusle, Hornpipe Zhaleika (similar sound like Persian Zurna or Turkish Zurle), Tarabuka and Tapan. That instrument that makes that vibrating sound is probably Sarmatian Horn but you can barely find any evidence of it because it was a simple horn based instrument.
