You're on a path in the woods, and at the end of that path is a cabin. And in the basement of that cabin is a Princess.
You're here to slay her. If you don't, it will be the end of the world.
She will do everything in her power to stop you. She'll charm, and she'll lie, and she'll promise you the world, and if you let her, she'll kill you a dozen times over. You can't let that happen. Don't forget, the fate of the world rests on your shoulders.
You're not going to listen to him, are you? We're supposed to save princesses, not slay them...

This game was so amazing, I love the studio so I went into it ready to analyze!! But I do think that I really lucked out with my first run, it felt like a massive spoiler for what the whole setup was, it gave me some great insights. Though I couldn’t have predicted a lot of those CRAZY reveals and twists no matter how hard I tried

In a certain route there is a dialogue line where one of the voices say that contrarian was the worst part of ‘us’. (Cheated you’re cool but I’ll never forgive you)

Hi. I found this vod because I love Slay the Princess and people's choices/reactions. You seem to twig the game fairly well. However rn I am *mad* you savescummed on the Witch. Then didn't check how your original choice would have gone. I need a break. That was just... I had so much faith you'd make the right choice. Sure there are technically no wrong choices. Except this time. I dont know if you know but just in case in the fall there will be a free dlc/update which adds more princesses and stuff. I hope you'll do another playthrough then. Apparently the devs think The Stranger ending is the best ending. So you really did pick the best. The universe is dying. At the end of time. The narrator wants to halt the cycle of life, death, and rebirth to bring forth a stagnant world incapable of change that no one consented to.

Aww... I love that you got to be with your Cronenberg girlfriend in the end! 😂❤ I've never seen anyone else get that particular ending, but it seemed extremely fitting for you. Good ol' Contrarian there at the end. BTW if you want yo keep playing, the "Good Ending" is very easy to get and very funny. Just do exactly what the game says on the tin.

Cronenberg gf ftw 😌 And I think I’m gonna HAVE to go back through and play a lot. I’ve been paying a lot of attention to the subreddit for the game and a lot of the posts on there have made me really excited to try out the other paths. Idk what the good ending is EXACTLY but I saw from the subreddit that it involves a patronizing crayon drawing as the achievement and I love that already lol
