About this game:

I think what could be a little better than the 50 card deck is you can not skip card rewards. Or some modification (s) to the card rewards other than having less or more.

Adiga Maximus I don't know. I think that breaks it a little too much. Assuming you are running basic classes you've got bash, or survivor and neutralize as your only different cards. You'd just get hard blocked when it comes to something like lagavulin or however you pronounce it

If this is the daily I think it is, the deck gets real good as long as you take the route to get the dead branch. If I remember right it's also possible to get Charons Ashes, but that could have been another run I did that day.

NL, Orichalcum is pronounced as "oh-ree-kall-koom". Just so you know. Similar to the Seal of Orichalcos in Yugioh, except it ends in "um" and not "os".

My biggest issue with this game is your character remains the same in appearance throughout the entire run, which is very visually boring to me in a game that's basically deck building + Isaac. One of the best things about other roguelike and lites is the fact that your appearance changes in someway most of the time.

Slay the Spire hidden fact: Gold does not disappear if you don't use it on the first shop you land in. You actually don't have to buy a crappy relic just because it's what's in front of you right now!

So at 21:30 what he should have done for guaranteed bs kill is play adrenaline, then the shiv tornado thing and then he would have 11 shivs to get the job done. Instead chooses rng to draw a good attack

To be totally fair, insanity is kind of a terrible mod anyway, just in so many aspects. 1. It removes the value of many good modifiers. 2. It basically has no way to play around/with it. 3. It can decide your run at the start. 4. It removes a core aspect of the run, removing or adding cards has next to no effect, you can't meaningfully change your deck. Other than that, it's just kind of terrible, design-wise. It's not even that interesting really.

I...(sigh) I want him to realize how to play so badly, but he never does. It's especially frustrating because he keeps winning so he has no incentive to improve. This is why you need to play some ascension runs, NL. Please occasionally do some. It doesn't have to be all the time, just every now and then.
