Note it says you can use either coin as 1, So if you have 250 DFE WWC Coins and 250 Carnival WWC Coins you can exchange one of them to have 500 DFE or 500 Carnival Coins, And thats throughout whole Celebration, So long as you rack up 500 WWC Coins total you can buy copy of any of 4 new LRs, Im gunna go out on a limb and assume theres only 1 copy of each of 4 New LRs we can buy just like other Pity Banners but maybe theyll mix it up n allow us to buy any of 4 as many times as we like long as we get enough coins… They really going all out this WWC!!

All the hard fights last 6+ turns now so it makes sense a one shot ability will be available at the end of a fight also theres the 77% HP condition aswell so you could use it turn 2 or 3 if you got hit hard as well stop crying over a actually good condition for once.
