I mean, Broly got me Rosé so i think it’s depends on the number of LFs compared to the ultra. Like, if there are 9 LFs and 1 ultra, it’s a 10% chance of the ultra. I think it turns from Guaranteed LFs on non ULTRA banners to ULTRA/LF ratio

nah, i think it does the same thing sp garunteed does. it raises the rates of the lowest rarity, and doesnt change anything above it. ultras stay at 0.35, while an LF is almost garunteed.
