We didn't have much luck the second day of the derby, but managed this nice cusk!

What exactly is a cusk? Looks like an extra slimey thing to me.. nice short video 👊 too bad you didnt catch anything for your derby...

Its often called a burbot too out in the midwest... They're quite eel like, and definitely slimy. But very tasty!
