where do you get a light amelia? i just got light beastmaster and chakram, are they any good?

Make wind amelia full awaken, max affinity. Then you can get her

I just have 1 question ? why build evasion on this mons ...why not RES or why not more HP and DEF and skip evasion ? only thing that looks right about her stats is 200 ata speed ..that looks about right
