That's because there are things happening in his life right now. Greg (Jaby's brother) was getting married, Jaby himself had some injury, Achara is on vacation in Thailand, the whole problem with his channel almost getting shut down, and I think he's probably not in his city right now (I think he's in New York visiting a friend), this recording is probably older. All this combined (including the things we might not know yet), it makes it a lot harder to focus all of your time in one place. Thus other friends are taking over for a few videos.

Bollywood actors dance around the tree because during the 40s and 50s, in the black and white era, microphones were not powerful enough and were single channel with no option for editing the audio later. So normally, the actor used to dance and sing below the tree, while the musicians and the mic used to be on top of the tree, and the entire shot had to be taken in one take, or else films would go to waste, which were very expensive during those days. Also, this is one of the reason why actors during that era knew how to dance and sing simultaneously. Playback singing came way later in Bollywood. Even though in those times, actors used to dance below trees for technical reasons, now they do it for nostalgia.
