The Karoo Adventure camper is a 5-meter long, Nordic-designed toy-hauler camping trailer aimed at minimizing the typical compromises of dual-purpose towables. It features an empty floor for gear storage and a comfortable living space with modular furnishings and a hidden wet bathroom. Equipped with a 6-kWh lithium battery and rooftop solar, it supports both indoor and outdoor cooking with a sliding gas cooktop and sink. The trailer, designed in Finland, is compact yet manages to sleep up to four people with a lift-away double bed and bunk bed. A unique aspect is the hidden bathroom, accessible via a sliding refrigerator/wall. Additional features include heating, hot water, an entertainment system, and a smart alarm. Weighing 750 kg with a 75 kg payload, the Karoo Adventure is set for pilot production in 2025, with initial deliveries in 2026. Preorders are open with a deposit of €100, and prices start at €29,900. The first 500 buyers will receive additional amenities and an extended warranty.
