I have tried other biblical sleep meditations but keep coming back to this one. Narrator's voice is calming. Message starts by telling me that now or later, I will find sleep in God's time. Exactly what I need to hear. I am able to let go and sleep peacefully through the night.

The narration in this video is soothing and encouraging, however at times, especially the early part of the meditation, the music is annoying! The high notes are very distracting and overpowers the narration!
