I got a pill shaped speaker bar, and it's about the length of my tiny torso, and I find having jazz on while snuggling the speaker and sleeping is one of the most healing things I've done in years.

@@LM-bb9zb Glad to hear you got some relief. Me, 13 years of prayer plus countless friendly notes to neighbors, even offering money for them to be a bit quieter... Result: As noisy as ever. The problem is really the poor construction of this four-unit building such that I can hear every detail of people's lives in the other 3 contiguous flats, whose occupants work in shifts, so 24-hour door slamming in and out.

@@x.honey.x2401 Thanks. Sorry to hear you're in it too. Things have gotten much better finally. I wrote to the local council and I think they had a talk with the neighbors. Also, my landlord is selling so I'm forced to move out in a few weeks. Fingers crossed we both find better places to live.
