Aw, thank you, Irene, I really appreciate that. I've long-term spinal injuries since '97, resulting in multiple failed back operations, a spinal-cord-stimulator fitted in '12, and here I am now, bulging disc pressing on my sciatic nerve but they can't operate due to the stimulator wires running through that disc 🤦🏻 just my luck! Lol. Your soundtrack is like heaven for me. Thank you, my friend 🙏🏻 🧡 I've also been given a rise and tilt hospital bed to help with my pain, so I'm going to try for some sleep now whilst your music plays quietly beside me. @reiki-guy3894 hi Ian, I’m so sorry you had to go through all that. A bulging disc pressing on the sciatic sounds so painful. This might sound silly but have you tried ice packs to deal with the pain? Either way, I think deep vibration sounds can help because of how it affects your sensory. Essentially it can “trick” the brain by being focused on the sound, which eliminates the focus of your pain. Good night snd sending many blessings your way. You will be in my thoughts! ❤️
