I kinda need to vent. I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis a few months back. My disease is not curable. I've been experiencing a ton of pain lately and am having trouble calming myself down. Well, my mom suggested I find some calming videos on KZbin. So I got on here and found this one and it has really helped me a lot!! Even sleeping better! My mother had this she used to get painful attacks. Then I would bring her pure aloe Vera juice and it would stop the pain . I dont think she even gets them anymore. Also check for gluten intolerance. Dr.s actually don't heal they mask with drugs . Their are many healing modalities in nature. I hope feel better and arrive at better health
