Chelsea, Now that we've had our bed for a couple of months. My wife and I enjoy the split King because we have total control over how we like to sleep. C360. If you get the half split, you won't be able to control the feet individually so let's say you wanna put it up for your legs to relax, and your husband wants it down you might have an issue. You're going to live with this bed for many many years so if money is not an issue, definitely get the full split King. I will let you know that the middle of the bed will separate a little bit and you might have to put a pillow with some wedge in there to keep it symmetrical for lack of a better term. Enjoy good luck. As far as the temperature controls very good on the heat the cold my wife feels could be a little colder. The light is not as bright as the LEDs that used to be on my old high 10. But they work I would recommend that you get at least one standalone remote control so you don't have to mess with the phone app in the middle of the night. I think it's worth the 50 bucks. I wish you a lot of luck. Let me know what you think if you've had the bed for a while. Take care. Make sure you take advantage of all the big sales that we coming up this month. After you buy the bed, make sure you check the ads because they do match prices. I was able to get free delivery because they offered it a couple of days after I bought my bed lol Also we took advantage of the 21 month free finance offer. It was too cold the first night, but my husband had the cooling feature turned up to the max! Our bed is being shipped at the moment due to our move to Germany. Hey Sis! So glad to see another Vet on KZbin, especially one that is from MARYLAND (go TERPS) and was in the Army. Me and my husband are literally ya''ll twins. We were both in the Army, got BEAT UP (neck, back, hips, knees, etc). I got a question for you: would you recommend the half split King or the Full Split King? That's the only thing I'm on the fence about. We plan on getting the Lifestyle Furniture (because we want to replace our bed frame altogether, and we like the options it has). @@Candisias we actually requested a Sleep Number technician for the packing/shipping process. The bed is extremely customizable, which appealed to us as well. We actually move into our home next week, and we will be reunited. I could literally cry. Our transition has been a unique experience but we are truly grateful to be here. The way the bed was packed, it is quite simply plug and play. My husband is ALWAYS hot 😂 I think this has to be one of the best investments that we've made. No regrets whatsoever.

Awesome and honest review! I'm strongly considering this bed as I sleep hot AF! lol You didn't talk much about the actual sleep number as far as the softness / firmness control. I did my best to remain honest about our experience with our bed. So as far as the softness/firmness control...that really is based off of your suggested sleep number. That can be obtained by going to a Sleep Number store. From there you are able to control your individual settings via the remote control and/or app that is synced with your bed. Each person programs their side, and the bed caters to your individual needs. My husband and I are the same way. He tends to sleep more on the firm side, while I tend to prefer a softer rest. It honestly depends on what's hurting that day lol. I hope that helps a bit more!

We are looking on buying the same one I’m more interested in the cooling climate aspect when we looked at it the cooling system brings cool air into the mattress do you use a mattress pad on it which seems would hinder bringing in cool air into the mattress .

Very helpful video! Me and my wife bought one today. I have bad arthritis in my back, and my wife is always sleeping hot. We are hopeful this will help us. We are coming from a Purple 4, which we liked, but there's no option to independently raise or lower, or any temp control with it.

Hey Battle! I honestly can't think of anything that I would consider to be a negative. We are still making adjustments as we go. It takes some getting used to, just depends on what hurts that day 😂 But we are enjoying it. The reviews are definitely mixed when it comes to these types of beds, but we truly don't have any complaints. Definitely check into that! Even for Memorial Day. And test the bed out as much as you can before purchasing. I hope that helps!

I don't mind at all! We purchased the protective pad as well. I think it's more for the normal wear and tear that occurs. We didn't have any issues on our end in that regard. The cooling function was actually too cold the first night. If you find yourself not loving it, definitely call Sleep Number and express that. Definitely do not settle if you aren't pleased with it.

We are looking at this bed and the model under it without the heat and cool feature. Wife isn’t sure how she feels about the hot cold feature. I love to sleep when it’s cold. Now that you have had it a couple months. How does your husband like the cooling feature now? Second the sales girl couldn’t confirm that the temperature feature was or wasn’t warranted after 12 months at all. She thought that feature only had a 12 month warranty. But I wondered if she was meaning the add on temperature control system they sale separately.

Hey Matthew! My husband loves the cooling feature, and honestly...so do I. The issue that we encountered on our first night had less to do with the feature, but more to with duration that it used for. It got extremely cold in our bedroom, and we weren't able to sleep. We just recently moved to Germany, and I can't wait for our bed to be delivered! I would maybe ask another sales associate or even call corporate to get that confirmed before you make your purchase. I recall receiving a thorough explanation of our warranty, and I was pleased with it. I truly hope this helps a little!

We saved $2800 with the Fourth of July sale. Also guys if you depending what state you live in if you have a doctors note. You might be able to save your state sales tax as well. That savings allowed me to remotes sheets and delivery and I still saved money. Go online put your name in and you’ll get a $50 coupon on top of that as well good luck the purchase was over $12,000 but I feel it’s an investment in my health and I’ll be very happy with it when I get it.

We could have but because my husband previously purchased a bed, he had a status or a higher percentage that trumped the military discount. Military discounts are definitely offered, but if the sale or promotion is offering a larger discount…they will advise you to go with the offer that’s most beneficial for you.

I love that I'm able to adjust my bed but very disappointed my mattress will only get used on the right side only and it's continuous side to right side and lento the right side of the base really not satisfied with this purchase especially knowing I paid the amount of money I paid for it😒
