First, hope you have(or had depending on when you see this) an amazing time seeing them live! I love how much variety there is within their music, yet it all seems normal and not like a band trying something new or trying to figure themselves/their sound out. Lyrically, this one hit the hardest for me of the new ones but I’m loving the groovier vibe.

Honestly, they took a lot of what prog metal has been doing for the past decade, and injected way more hip hop / 00s pop. Which is a wild combo. As someone who listens to a lot of prog it's really goddamn exciting to see Sleep Token be the band that takes it all and makes it good enough for everyone else. If you'd still like this sort of sound without as much pop influence... you might like Vola? Pitfalls by Leprous (the whole album) if you can deal with all the wispy falsetto? But Sleep Token's take on things really is pretty uniqe.
