Idk how you do it but you manage to make most of your sleep token arrangements sound like they do in my head, if there was every any band that fits perfectly with an orchestra its them. Great work dude, excited for the ones still yet to come.

This is not just my fave sleepy song, but really just in general. The layers you added just make it dig that much deeper into my soul and hurt so good. It is eerily beautiful.

Thank you Nicole! I enjoyed using some of the more subtle glass instruments in the quieter sections to really dig into the hypnotic vibe and make it feel a little more surreal and dreamy… then mixed with the haunting string melody just bought it all together 🙂 Thank you for listening!

Unfortunately I don’t have access to the original stems so mixing can be a challenge at times trying to squeeze additional instruments into a pre mixed and mastered track… but you get the idea 😅

To be honest this track uses a slightly different scale to most of their other music and I always try to serve the music as best I can so I just adhered to the ballpark they were already in. Ah I’ve not played siege almost since it came out - devs have done well to keep it alive for so long! I’ve been looking for work recently which hasn’t been fun. I’ve been self employed for nearly 4 years but things have been tight recently so I need to get back out there.. not ideal but needs to be done. I just checked the list and Gojira’s Born in Winter is on there so im sure you suggested it already 😅 there is another Gojira track coming before that one though if you remember! 👹
