Do this routine when your sick and blocked up or have a chest infection, that heat helps loosen up the phlem making It alot easier to cough up whilst soothing the pain at the same time. Terrific home remedy that works everytime👍

If you have a lot of belly fat, you probably have fat in other places too. Reduce the number of calories you take in per day to be slightly less than what the body needs. With a so called calory deficit you will lose weight. Combine with exercise. Don't focus on ab workout. Weight training the whole body is best but walking or yoga also works. If you are not overweight, learn to love the belly fat because it is there to keep you warm, and if you have a uterus it even serves to protect the baby making organs. Love your body ❤️
