I want to say this and I do not want to offend. I thought I was the only black person that wanted to do this. I am 57 years old and I have lived in a box all my life. when i was 18 I dreamed of being a truck driver to see the world. But I had two children. I raised them and then I took a faith and relocated to another part of Tennessee. the last couple of years I have wanted to see the world. then I came across your channel. you are my eyes and this year I am getting an RV and making it my own.. and I am going to go. I asked by partner but right now he is saying he don't want to do it but he goes where I go so he will jump on board. I hope I see to meet you one day. Every time I see your videos I cry because I feel like I am there.. the hippie bird is going to fly this year.

Not sure if you like mushrooms but after that cook a steak, I let it rest and use the same pan to cook mushrooms with a little cream/salt/pepper and garlic. You can add white wine if you want but de-glaze and I s delicious with steak/rice. Or I do a spinach stir fry in the same pan with garlic/salt/pepper. Kimchi is also a tasty side option with steak/rice. I rarely make mash or fries with steak.

Tanya, I pray for the solo camping adventures, particularly in a blizzard. Don't hate me. My husband understands that I need time to handle things myself. And, a blizzard is my favorite place to be. There is just something soothing about me, nature, and a truckster that I absolutely adore. Besides, I "keep" better in a very cold climate, much like lettuce keeps better in the fridge than on the counter. 😉

Don't cry. Aww. I love u guys and ur channel. Now I'm sure u have seen these, but just in case, in my opinion, u should look into wood burning stoves. You can get a tiny wood burning stove installed onto your counter. They are very safe. They don't move, so u can drive. It will heat up your space nicely. U can carry wood with you or even find some in a jam. And of course it's great for those cozy nights. . It's worth a Google. LOL. I'm sure u can find a nice small one, and you just have to install your chimney when you park. I've seen them in many RVs, skoolies, and even in vans. It's something to consider. Even if its just a secondary source of heat. Good luck.

It wasn't at an RV park but a popular gas station stop for truckers and other RVers. It just wasn't going to happen. Even though I was tired I traveled an additional 83 miles that evening. Slept like a baby where I landed. Always trust your gut.
