When I had first heard this song, I was laying beside my mother, staring up at the ceiling. I was shaking, tears rolled from my eyes I just couldn't stop crying.. My heart had been hit with sadness and pain that I'd never felt before but it was so beautiful.. My mother noticed that I was crying and rubbed my back, trying to make me feel better because I have depression as well as bipolar disorder so she thought it was my depressed side.. It was just the pain and the realization that life is hard but you have to work to make it beautiful, no matter how much pain you are in. So those out there who are like me, you need to work hard and fight like there is no tomorrow to make life better and to make yourself feel good! You never give up! Sure, things may be hard now but bad times never last forever!

Furious knockout/shadowbolt it makes me think of the time when my bf found me injured in an 8 bumper to automobile accident. How he watched me in pain. Eventually it lead him to believe i was dead. I could understand, cuz my heart did stop. When the doctors use the shocky thingys (the things where they say "clear"), i woke up but it took 5 shock rounds. My bf still worries about me. After recovery, he told me he cried for several months. I still feel bad.

My grandfather died today, he taught me so much. This song, it used to be just a meaningless little thing i listened to on my off time but now, now the lyrics, I’m crying as i type this, but the lyrics touch me in a way they never have before. He taught me so much in his final year, like how to fight. How beautiful life really is. And, that family, blood related or not, is not meaningless. I stood there at the beach cloaked by the night sky as I undressed and dressed into my swim suit... my gaze straight ahead at the beautiful girl with the short hair and the beaming smile. I felt my heart race at her excitement as she ran towards the ocean water- fearless- in that moment I thought to myself, this is it- I am in my own movie, here I am the outcast playing the starring role. I ran to the water pushing forward until I was waist deep. I couldn’t bring myself to go too far out, or to close the space between us- to do that was to force magic when magic is but magnetic. I kept my distance to hold peace of mind on what may lurk under this dark water, but under moon light it was beautiful, it was all beautiful. I was beautiful I wasn’t my weight, or my dark circles- I was this glowing magnificent being and even if she didn’t see me that way- I felt it. I wanted to close that space with contact, but I chose to use conversation. I asked about her hopes and dreams, her favorite color and the worst food combinations possible- I wanted to know her ins and outs and when that made her afraid. I genuinely wanted to understand why. I loved her in that moment, there was no force in the world that would take those moments away from me- that would make me see her any less beautiful. I could’ve sat up at that lifeguard tower for the rest of my life- just staring into her eyes- the way she got frustrated at my teasing, or how I screamed when she caught me playing our little game of hide and seek. I gave her my jacket and she gave me her socks- she paid attention to everything I said, and she analyzed me in ways that people take years to comprehend, she unveiled my layers and I didn’t stop her- I didn’t cover up in reaction, I basked in my vulnerability, I sat there sharing the pieces of my soul that I hide away, hoping that one of them would have her loving me by the end of the night. I think there was something in the water that night, because no matter what happens from here or what ways my feelings end up rejected- I swear to remember her just like that for the rest of my life...under moonlight.

Worlds collided, brethren of her’s destroyed, spraying stardust, that rippled across galaxies, and still, she sat there. The people she had longed to help were now gone, destroyed by the void itself. Their world had forever gone dark, color stolen from its once beautiful pallet. No one looked up to her now, for no one existed to need her. Unwrapping itself from her, the void left her battered form to spin lonesomely on her old throne. When had the world become so dark? The sky that had once flickered with flames of light, was now nothing more than a wasteland. She was alone. Everything that had been the universe had been consumed by the void.
