I enjoyed that cooking class. The couple working together made it more personable. Everything the Sleeping Giant does seems to be top-notch. We took a very nice cooking class in New Orleans and I love the mixture of Creole history and the cooking together. You're not just watching somebody cook, you're also learning about the history of the foods and the ingredients.
