" My wife and I drove for a long time on a snowy road. We were still 550 miles from the ski resort of Edinville, where we were going. Toward evening we went to the highway, and thought to drive to the nearest motel and spend the night there. But after driving about 50 miles, we did not meet a single motel, only a small fast food restaurant where we bought hot dogs and coffee. After another 15 miles, we saw a big traffic jam in front of us. I stopped and went to find out the reason from other motorists. It turned out that a small avalanche came down from the mountain in front, the snow from which blocked the road. It also became known that it was necessary to wait for the equipment that would clear the road, but it would arrive only in the morning, since it was already evening and it was getting dark. Our plans for a night in a motel were cancelled, and we realized that we would have to spend the night in a car. Luckily, we had everything we needed for such a car overnight stay. Mattress, pillows, thermos with hot water, food, tea and coffee, and independent car heating. After folding the rear seats and spreading out the mattress and pillows, we began to dine on hot dogs and coffee, which we bought recently. In parallel, my wife and I turned on an interesting film that helped us distract ourselves from the current situation. A little later, we lay down under the covers, and just lay and enjoyed this wonderful moment. The howling sounds of a blizzard could be heard in the car, and sometimes the car stove was also heard, which periodically turned on to keep the cabin warm. We lay and looked out the windows, at the blizzard and falling snowflakes. Despite the fact that it was night, it was very light around from perfectly white snow. After 10-15 minutes we fell asleep in this wonderful winter atmosphere. The next morning we woke up to brightly shining sunlight. There was no blizzard outside the window, and the road was cleared by special equipment. The driver of the special equipment told us that in half an hour we would be able to continue moving. It was a beautiful morning after such a rough night. That night, we felt like we were in childhood. The feeling of coziness, comfort and safety was very pleasant. Half an hour later we continued our trip in a great mood. "

He does make the best blizzards sounds, doesn't he!? Stronger and better than any other channel w atmospheres like this. One thing you should mention if you are staying in a car during a snow storm. Make sure you periodically clear the snow from the muffler under the car from any snow and keep it clear. You could die of carbon monoxide poisoning.

Are the car windows and sunroof heated? After 8 hours of constant falling snow they don’t seem to get covered at all 😂. Did you have the foresight to take a shovel to dig yourself out with in the morning?
