I'm Indonesian and I miss Bali so much! Btw, thanks for featuring this particular eco-resort and touch on the water supply issue a bit. Bali in general is running out of water due to rapid tourism development especially in North Bali; Kuta and Legian area. While Ubud itself is situated quite high and near Mount Agung, the locals are still relying on free freshwater pumped from the ground and the majority of them didn't have the means to acquire water subscriptions from the Government's water company. Choosing the right place to stay and support this ethical business is very important. Thanks, Janet!

Love the " Sound of Nature " on treehouse... That was kind a jungle bug that I never seen that Bug .. So many sound like that in other Indonesian jungle... But I love it.... Familiar and peacefull specially whan Napping at Day time... I MISS that noise/sound... Never heard in other places .. I call it "Sound of Nature"... Take care Stay save.. Stay healthy.. Bali is the most special and extraordinary place for tourist in Indonesia. It designed 70% for tourism facilities&place, and 30% for public facilities development. In other town/region, tourist facilities and place is equal (50:50) with public facilities. Bcause mostly foreigners is only know bali, not Indonesia..

So Gorgeous! just out of curiosity when you are showing the treehouse for the first time there is a really loud noise that sounds like an alarm. Is that the jungle? And is it as loud as it seems on the video? I always wonder about how you would sleep through that or if it ends. When I stayed in Bali in Nusa Dua I got to experience the 5am bird call wake up so perhaps this is similar?

The cicadas!!! They're INSANELY loud. I think it's their mating time and that's why you hear that sound. It wasn't as loud after dark and the sound of nature just leulled me to sleep
