@Nicole Lamour, @Relaxing Nature Sounds I agree completely. We can actually choose happiness. Happiness is an option. The secret (I believe) is to shift the focus from ourselves onto others. For example, caring less about our own desires and wants, and more about helping others to be happy and meeting their needs. Happiness will then come to us. Next time you admire something about a person, tell them. Simply paying a compliment, or smiling at a person will make their day, and you will feel a small burst of happiness from doing this. Build on this, and before you know it you will start to become a happier. Good luck?

The Lord Jesus Christ saved my life many times when I was severely depressed. Weeks had passed and I didn't know it. The Lord was with me and helped me. I went to see a psychiatrist that gave me some anti-depressant medication. I took the medicine and the depression went away in about 30 minutes to an hour. I also started exercising too. Change your thoughts. Think on whatsoever is pure, lovely and of good report and the God of peace will be with you.

This is the best video on the internet, seriously. I have misophonia and I know it sounds made-up, but I genuinely cannot stand certain sounds and it has been ruining my life. I had a very serious motorcycle accident losing many bones and brain bleeds. I suffer bad mental health and anxiety issues. At times i feel im going to die. Ive no hip knee or femur also.
