I also personally find it fitting that the music video was represented through dance, as this song had (and still has) a major impact within the dance community when it was released. It’s good to see SYTYCD & DWS dancers in there as well. This feels like a love letter to the whole contemporary dance scene.

As a dancer, I think that this is one of the best videos of dance on the whole entire internet. It is so beautifully interpreted and it is not about having to do lots of tricks and gags, it is about doing what comes from the soul deep inside of you, and these people created art through the movement in the sand, I love how this video matches the song and the meaning, sleeping at last songs always portray the beauty of pain and love in such a beautiful way that is pleasing to hear, and this video to go with it was such an asset to this already haunting love song. This deserves all the recognition it is getting and I’m hoping it’ll be more. Words can’t describe how this made me feel, it brings up passion and serenity in me, and seeing these people in this video have inspired me to dance from the heart and dance from what I feel, because that is the most important thing to remember while you dance. BRAVO!
