Ok, so, these two wealthy women are in a relationship. They have been for a while, but they're very much in-love with each-other. But, the one starts having feelings for their driver--Le Chauffeur. It's not necessarily a comment on the state of their relationship, or anything--Maybe she's just bored? The other one walks in on them, and while she isn't truly offended (she gets bored too), she does see the intrusion of this man as a real risk to what they have, together, which means everything to her. So, she seduces the man, and murders him with the knife, in the bath, in a way that makes it look like a suicide. She's flustered by the act, though--she didn't truly hate him or anything, and didn't want revenge, or for him to really suffer, just to disappear--He was just a threat that she couldn't bear to have hanging over them. She kills him as quickly and as painlessly as possible, which is why there isn't blood *everywhere*. Suddenly very scared of what she's done, this causes her to mess up, and to drop her purse full of incriminating evidence, as the other woman walks in. She RUNS--She's so panicked that she doesn't even look back. The other woman walks in, as the other woman is fleeing in shock from what she's done, and, picking up the purse, she discovers the body, and figures out everything that's happened. She loves the other woman, though, as much as the other woman loves her. The man was a fling, that she already is regretting--but the other woman is her lover, and her life. She's the strong one, and she would do *anything* to protect her love. So, she does what she needs to, and successfully frames the whole thing like a suicide. The two women become closer than ever, after that. Maybe a little *too* close, even...

The woman in blue is imagining that her husband is having an affair with another woman. But the other woman in red is actually her split personality. After the woman in red kills the man, the two women bump in the hallway and the knife ends up in the other woman's purse, which she disposes of. At the very end the two women are in the car together, but in the final shot there's only one woman who is now her true self

Yes! That's also good. I was considering that, as well, due to that eyebrow-raising little scene at the end...And, it's also hinted at, when the woman-in-red is already in the car, when the woman-in-blue gets back from disposing of the knife. It's certainly a very valid interpretation of things!
