Hey question for you. Is there a place I may buy your progressive muscle relax videos ? I struggle with mental health issues and your pmr video helps me relive some of the tension . But ads have been popping up more .I'd also like to donate to you . I was going to join the patreon but I'm not one of those people that likes having subscriptions but I'd still love to get a downloadable copy and donate if that's possible.
