Afaik his sleep schedule is messed up in general? But he's been dealing with that for a long while, so he learned to manage. And he knows how to take care of himself, so In my experience, this kinda situation improves with your mental health, and since spending time streaming seems to help Hex, there's hope he'll be getting better sleep at least!
