The issue of raise in sea level; I think one of the major cause is, the atmospheric air is going into our vehicle tyres. There are billions of automobile vehicles on the planet with tyres. To inflate all the tyres and also for many industrial requirements air has been captured in the vessels in highly compressed mode. Thus large quantity of air is being trapped into small vessels or tyres - which has no air interaction with rest of the atmosphere. As a result there is fall down in the quantity of air to be required in the atmospheric layer of earth. This sudden drop in the quantity of the air in the atmosphere, results in the drop in atmospheric temperature. But, according to conservation of energy, to compensate the loss of temperature, the temperature from the core of the earth is radiating outward (higher gradient to lower gradient), mainly through sea water - resulting global warming and melting of ice - raise in sea levels. If we can put back, the air trapped in billions of tyres and vessels, the rate of radial outflow of heat/temperature from the earth’s core to atmospheric layer can be reduced. New technology is required not to trap air in the containers across the globe.

Early in life, I began wondering that since very little of a tree is left behind as solid residue when it’s burned, how is it that the bulk of a tree’s mass is vaporized? Behind the answer lies another question - ‪www.canr.msu.edu/news/where_do_trees_get_their_mass_from‬ To begin with, half of the mass of wood is carbon that, when burned, combines with atmospheric oxygen and is released as carbon dioxide (CO2): a unit of carbon combines with two of oxygen. Since the mass of oxygen weighs more than three times as much as carbon, burning just two pounds of wood yields over eight pounds of CO2. [1 pound carbon + 3.6 pounds oxygen + 3.6 pounds oxygen = 8.2 pounds of carbon dioxide] Note: Trees, as they grow, re-absorb carbon dioxide from the air; but, with increasing deforestation, desertification, soil degradation, et al, CO2 levels in the biosphere are increasing (especially when you factor in the burning of stupendous amounts of previously sequestered carbon in the form of fossil fuels). This strengthens the greenhouse effect and results in a steadily warming planet. And with each and every year being warmer than the years before, how is it that only the blissfully ignorant and the hopelessly naive fail to see what the future holds? What Kids Can Explain to Their Parents About Global Warming: Carbon dioxide, water vapor and other large atmospheric molecules have a blanketing effect on heat being radiated away from the surface of the Earth as infrared radiation. Called the Greenhouse Effect, it is a Physical Law and has helped regulate global temperature for billions of years. Indeed, at one point early in Earth’s geologic history, carbon dioxide became so depleted that our planet became a giant ball of ice (Snowball Earth). The next time that carbon dioxide was out-of-balance was when very prolonged volcanic basalt flows (Siberian Traps) caused so much to be pumped into the atmosphere that the oceans acidified and global temperatures soared (The Great Dying). Though lesser extinctions caused by an over abundance of CO2 have occurred, CO2 is normally benign. When the carbon cycle is balanced, the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere decreases and increases with the seasons and with the Milankovitch Cycle (planetary orientation to the sun). At these times, CO2 levels lag behind temperature levels. However, when volcanic “flood basalts” (LIPs) occur, increased CO2 levels amp up the Greenhouse Effect - global temperatures then begin lagging behind carbon dioxide levels. At this time in Earth’s history, the carbon cycle is being unduly influenced by the burning of carbon that has been stored underground for eons of time. The effect is the same as the basalt flows had when they released vast amounts of carbon dioxide. “Just Have A Think” (11 minutes) Pay close attention to the intro: kzbin.info/www/bejne/d4uzgKasbJZ7qtk Search: samslair blogspot doable drawdown solutions
