Will try to help: 1. It brings money to government (also known as asset monetisation). 2. It makes the organisation accountable to new shareholders. 3. It makes the organisation divulge more information in public (SEBI guidelines) bringing more transparency. 4. Corporate governance mechanisms get enshrined. 5. Greater efficiency because of market forces. Now you guys add the rest of the points and add some criticisms as well.

ANNAVITRAN PORTAL For augmenting efficacy of Public Distribution System (PDS) and overall enhancing the Integrated Management of Public Distribution system (IM-PDS) by hosting data through electronic point of sale (EPOS). Under this Scheme any migrant worker and hid family can avail the benefits of PDS outside his district but within the state. A migrant worker can avail the benefits of PDS wherever he is situated while his or her family can avail the remaining benefits, as provided for under NFSA, anywhere within the state of their residence. Such an implementation shall enhance the PDS scheme in a holistic manner and will also help in achieving the SDG goal of Zero Hunger. POSHAN Objective was to eliminate malnutrition by 2022 To achieve this reduction in level of under nutrition, anemia and stunting were targeted to reduce. 3 major groups were identified namely, children; adolescents and pregnant and lactation mothers. HONG KONG CONVENTION On recycling of ship India acceded to the convention in 2019 The treaty is yet to be formally enforced.
