This almost made me cry listening to this to be honest. I deeply miss being able to go camping, but as of recently I can't afford even a one night trip. I have to work about 50 hours a week just to be able to make a passive living. This just makes me miss camping even more.

Bruh, this is both relaxing and PTSD-inducing for me lol! Being in the Boy Scouts for a long time, I went on COUNTLESS camping trips, and it rained on a good 80 percent of em. And I remember sitting there, in my sleeping bag, middle of the night, wet, cold, and just damned miserable, just praying for the rain to stop. Then I’d be out like a light. It’s super nostalgic to look back on now, but man, the misery of some of those campouts make for some hella good stories!

This is exactly how rainfall, thunder and lightning sounds when you are inside a tent. It’s exactly how it it would be if you were outside in the woods. The best part is that you don’t have to worry about dealing with the mud outside, and dead foliage dropping, and critters wanting to get out of the storm.

When he loves the sounds of rain but you don't so now you're forced to sleep with it cause he can't sleep. However he can't sleep with a fan on as he gets cold easily, whereas I need a fan or else I get too hot. So compromise he gets rain sounds, I get my fan.
