Lol I know where that place is and I always use that road to get to the mechanics in route 68 because in story mode you can purchase the mechanics because it's a property so if you purchase it it will not charge you for the upgrades. Btw the highway is in your right if you are facing the north side of the map

Alpha-Team is the wrong name, they have 3 units of alpha, called, Alpha-1, 4, and 9, A1 Specializes in guarding the Council, A9 from its codename which is "Last Hope", meaning it is the last resort of a task force to counter-attack the anomaly before it goes rampage and kills civilians. The correct unit to deal with exterminating anomalies is Epsilon-11, codenamed "Nine Tailed-Foxes", specializing in containment.
