To me, this song is the epitome of childhood imagination and blissful ignorance about the bad parts of life. Everytime I listen to it it's like I'm 12 again, where everything was new and exciting, and if it wasn't I'd make it fun. I felt truly alive and closely in tune with my surroundings. There was no trauma or fear clouding my brain. i don't have a past like most people here.. i don't see any memory when i listen to this song. all i feel is nostalgia for something i never had or something i wish i had, and this sad feeling about how wasted and uninterested my life has been and will be. the lyrics are just so fitting.. i just want everything to stop or just slow down.. so i could stop and breathe without feeling like i am running out of time.

Song reminds me of 2019. I literally did the simplest things with my friends, went to discount stores, went to the movies, and even though I’m 20, it was the first time I ever played Minecraft. Had so much fun with it. Now it’s 2021 one and I haven’t seen any of my friends since then, haven’t seen a movie since then, and haven’t gone shopping and actually enjoyed it and haven’t touched a game since. Moral of the story is whoever is reading this and is still young. Enjoy it. The good times and the bad times. Cause the truth is, I would literally kill just to revisit those times…
