22:50 its called soft aim, you see kinda the same thing when people shoot straight in the air with an eoka and it all headshots, the hack changes the hit endpoint of the projectile to be center head which on the rust model is situated slightly more forward so an arrow, melee weapon or a nail will always be pointed straight outward from the face
