Fahim Anwar is a Los Angeles-based standup comedian, actor and writer.
Off the momentum of his one hour special THERE'S NO BUSINESS LIKE SHOW BUSINESS, The New York Times listed Fahim as a "Most Promising Future Star." He's appeared on CONAN, LATE NIGHT WITH SETH MEYERS and performed at the prestigious Just for Laughs Festival in Montreal. His recent FILM/TV credits include WHISKEY TANGO FOXTROT, NEIGHBORS, DRUNK HISTORY, CARMICHAEL SHOW and SUPERIOR DONUTS to name a few. Fahim served as head writer and starred on a sketch show special for Comedy Central with his comedy group (GOATFACE) which includes Hasan Minhaj from THE DAILY SHOW. Off the success of the sketch show special, Fahim was named by Variety Magazine as one of 2019 Comics to Watch, and was invited to be a guest on the Joe Rogan Experience Podcast as well as WTF with Marc Maron.

Dude took that whole experience like a champ, im shy and a quiet talker and usually any kind of high makes me a tad bit paranoid (except Alcohol & Benzos) so if someone made me rack my brain & answer subjective questions out loud in front of an audience I would be so pissed for killing my high and I'd probably run out of there lol

Dude Fahim man. I'm sure you are doing well on your own, but it pains me to see your channel isn't booming like it's supposed to. I think instead of doing a podcast, do reaction videos instead. We like your off the cuff remarks. I followed David Lucas since he was at 30k like late last year, now he's like almost 60k. And all he does is reaction videos whenever he doesn't have stand up videos (his kill tony sessions help as well I'm sure). It's short, easy to do, and quick to edit.

dude same! its crazy, ive seen more than a couple of people comment something similar like, whenever someone first learns about fahim and they explore his channel it like boggles our minds hes not superfamous yet. listening to comedians talk over the years have thought me that one should just focus on the material, work hard etc which is thrue no doubt about it! but you and others who have stated it may be on to something with this marketing thing... maybe it would be a good idea for him to hire someone to run his socials, and book guests for his podcast. some videos of his stand up he just puts out with no end bumper with his socialmedia or nothing... which is cool if you now what i mean, like , as an artist you dont want to be whoring yourself out and i have mad respect for him i really do but its a bussiness too.. and like you said it pains me to see less funny imho hacks succeed and be everywhere just because they know how to market themselves.. you almost cant get mad at them; they did ultimately work for it... but damn, how in the hell are some of them more famous than fahim? in what world is what some of them do funnier than our boy fahim... i dont get it
