Slhkernow - this is an amazing video, love it. I was 10 in 1987 and living in Bodmin, Now at the age of 37 i revisited Bodmin yesterday (24/01/2015) and followed your route through the town, My Son and I fillmed it. showing how much has changed

St. Lawrences was lovely old hospital. I live about half a mile from it and walked my dogs regularly in the grounds. What a travesty. Nice to see the old cinema.

Many thanks ,I used to live in Bodmin and work in the hospital, It would have made a great holiday center ,the building were all there for anything needed ,good memories ,thanks again

Wish I had the money to buy this place I would turn it into a holiday village such a shame as so many of these hospitals have been knocked down

@@replay6896 I'm not sure? I just remembered Mr and Mrs Shelly use to own it. They also had pets for sale hamsters/birds ect in the pet shop bit.

Great video... Nostalgia etc... 1 question though... What kind of MANIAC drives around Bodmin in the 80's filming the roads??!?! I'm sorry but that is all I could think about whilst watching it. Very odd behaviour...

It was Bodmin, Patients were on day release from the hospital (St Lawerences) nothing surprised us, we were used to people talking to themselves and everything and that was even before mobile phones, bluetooth ear pieces etc
