I really love your videos and some heart to heart part, alex. I agree, stress is just there, it's just there and it'll be always there. I used to let my emotions induced me and had a hard time getting back on the right track after being stressed out for like months or weeks. that was how the younger me handle negative things. but now, lately I always put myself in to thinking that "you won't get to face it if you can't overcome it" that's why I don't really dwell on that much to negative circumstances, of course I still get stressed but not the same as before where I don't even get to take care of myself. it's okay to feel bad at some point, it's okay to feel lost at some point, but it's not okay to let yourself stay in that situation for so long. slump and stress days are normal. you just have to think that'll let go by the time. all you had you to do is while stressing out you also had to figure out how to manage and get out of it, if that makes sense 😆 that's what I learn for being a 20 years old in this wold.
