Thanks for sharing this video. Algae fascinated me when I was at school in the 1970s. At that time, I was most interested in bio fuel. It is good to know that research is still being done.

The thing about seaweed is, after cooking, it influences the taste of the other ingredients. Some produce natural MSG. You need to cook it with vege to see it improves the taste of broth. Great foe the vegetarian market

As far as I can tell only managed systems skip the methane producing eutrophication. Trust these folks are aware and trying to stay hopeful.
