I didn’t expect to laugh so much.! The narration is to die for or in my case wet my knickers!! My belly ached from laughter. I loved every second of the making of this stunning diorama and the secret parts were so clever. I hope the wife won’t miss those washing up sponges!!!Perhaps you should throw the dishes in the blender as any washing up sponge particles will soon get the dishes sparkling. Great diorama but superb explanation of everything. Thanks…

This looks great! Good work. One great material to make realistic rocks for dioramas is pine tree bark. The bark is layered kinda like slate rocks, which is great look. Also you can use premixed joint compound, so you can save time and mess to not mix your own compound. Premixed compounds are also great that you can store them long time and use it when needed.

My philosophy as I’ve aged gracefully is if it doesn’t work on the 3rd attempt then that’s it. I throw my arms in the air, turning the air blue. I then read my book, which is on my Kindle, I’ve gone off heavy books and I always hated paper back. Plans of mice and men all can go wrong. My mother use to say do not say “I can’t do it, keep trying “ I don’t have to anymore but for old time sake I will try and try and try once more.

Look around for the other kind of foam for future products, xps, or extruded polystyrene is usually pink, blue, purple, etc, used for home insulation. this white stuff is hellishly messy and less friendly for arts and crafts. xps is usually pretty cheap as well, but not free like eps (the white stuff) which comes as a packaging material used in shipping. edit, i see you had some for the little rocks and bricks.
@sliceoflifefilm3 жыл бұрын
yeah, started with the white crappy stuff I had lying at home, but bought good stuff later during the build. No more white foam ever again! 😂😉🤘

@@sliceoflifefilm Had to stop in the middle yesterday, finished today, and this turned out fantastic. And your film making skills are not in doubt, you do a wonderful job.
