13:09 There actually is an official Mario game that does that. It's called Mini Mario & Friends (the most recent entry in the MvDK franchise actually). You need amiibos to unlock the characters you can play as, which include Mario, Luigi, DK, Bowser, Diddy, Bowser Jr, Peach, Rosalina, Yoshi, and a few others. You even need all the characters to beat all the levels they give you (every character has different abilities), but if you don't have any the necessary amiibos but still have amiibos you can use, it still allows you to play the game. All you need is one amiibo.

When Bowser ever stop messing with Princess Peach and get the hint she doesn't like him and that funny Donkey Kong punch Bowser out the picture for now. Bowser does like he have some angry issues.
