this MAN fuel overhauling have so much complicated overhauling procedure unlike other engine makes.

Sulzer has better fuel valves. . I saw a Sulzer fuel valve housing stating Man. Date 1969 and still in operation. Calculate the working hours of over 1000 bar, compare the metallurgy in 60s and the new Chinese made MAN engines The engine however needed every 60 days new piston rings, Sulzer=Nightmare

God lord.... I am working with a MAN engine... and the Fuel valves are way too complicated... it have many components that are difficult to overhaul and takes way too much time... Wartsila fuel valves are easier to overhaul and the only thing that you have to take care is lapping the nozzle.

Blind grinding of the valve seat? How do you insure no grinding compound is left behind?
