I beat it by spamming ice storms to delay them while I healed with ice dagger since I had a whopping 55 hp and using sword. For the shockwave attacks, I found that once they reach the tree in front of your character in the background if you click you dodge it every time. For apprehension I just look at the vibrancy of the color and after it stops changing half a second later click and that works for me. Another way you can do this is by abusing the ghost potion! Use it when they use an attack you struggle with and you will still be left with a turn afterwards to do what you want. If you have enough time, getting a baked whale is like having an extra life that you can use to fully recover any lost hp and sp instantly. I use the knight card, power stab card, 2 health cards to raise my max hp by 10, safe guard card for if you mess up the timing of the dodges so you are punished less, and so recovery since you use a lot of it when stalling.

Also you can dodge the phobias really easy, when they expand, dodge like half a second after and you will always dodge them perfectly every time. Unless you mess up the timing.

Pro tip: phobia was kinda easy to dodge, so don’t use launcher on it unless you don’t know how to dodge it or you hate it so much you want to let it die

another tip: if your health is pretty high and you get 2 SE, use ghostwalker. due to the rework/buff, you’re now guranteed to not take damage from the next 2 hits. this will be useful if you’re bad at dodging. and another one: i recommend putting on deep focus, so it’s a bit easier to get SE when you need it.

so strat is: 1) get to 3 fears 2) go and fight that 3 fears 3) spawn cruel king 4) spam focus and ice dagger every round 5) win 3 fear 6) forget what next floor is even worse and regret your win on that 3 fears

Apprehension does 10dmg, and Shockwave does 8. You can't outheal it, especially with allies not being able to dodge

Today I was in a party with two others which randomly came in and helped me, me (the attacker with launcher build) and the "healer" died, leaving the only guy who played support left, the support proceeded to literally solo it with this strat: Focus first free turn, if Sword Energy isn't above one charge, guard or focus again, dodge/block, if SE is above one, use Venomshank for damage, Ice dagger for healing, their build was 15 SP, 50 HP, couldnt figure out their cards tho (I play on console, so no chat sadly)

Pre-nerf Linebounce could be the play ngl, but it's a shame it didn't get the chance. AoE attacks always got prejudiced except when the attack is against us.
