I got a bit offended when it said, when a person doesn't have to show off in a way often to others. I'm so chatty on Twitter since I'm shy in real life & it's a better place for me mentally. Also to fill the void in my heart when my dad died when I was 13. It's better to seek attention to feel better than to become a drug addict or an alcoholic to numb the pain.

I don’t think that’s what was meant by showing off to others. Being “chatty” on Twitter isn’t showing off, and being an attention-seeker isn’t really appealing to most people. 😕 I was “shy” when I was younger, but I’ve learned that it’s just a matter of gaining confidence in who you are as you get older, being real, and just learning about and becoming wiser to the world. Have you tried volunteering? I think that would be a great place to start interacting with people, helping others, and will probably help fill that void you feel. 😔 When you volunteer, you’re helping people (or animals) that really need help and they won’t be judgmental. They will also most likely appreciate all that attention you’re seeking and have to give! Don’t hide on the internet ~ I’m sure you have a lot to offer! Good luck! 😊

I do not support people pleasing behavior. Doing things for others all the time drains my own energy and lowers my vibrations. There is more things in life than making others happy. A people pleaser watching this video will identify with this statement and continue doing what hurts them as they have very low self esteem. Having the choice to say yes or no and standing in one’s power is the way I can decide if making others happy will drain or gain my energy keeps my body, spirit and mind healthy. Concluding statement: help others is surely a good deed, but can be detrimental if helping comes out of people pleasing mentality.

It has occurred to me that there is something out of balance in this video. There is nothing wrong with being outwardly beautiful too. There is a prejudice that some people have against physical attractiveness . You have to be one or the other. Both can exist. Both can be a priority. Without challenging each other.

I like the messages on this channel but I am seeing more & more grammatical errors. The errors are disconcerting as they detract from the validity & sincerity of the teachings / messages. The last few minutes, we see who I presume is the channel creator, the audio is terrible! It's as if he's in a room comprised of 4 concrete walls. His words are unintelligible and his accent is thick. If he wants to produce this channel, make the leap & learn better communication & production strategies. And who IS this creator? I'd like to see credentials- just because. Sorry if this is a downer; I like the messages but the presentation leaves much to be desired.
