This is a really great design for a minimalist style wallet. The slot for your cash is really a great idea. It's also really good that it's wide enough so that you only need to fold your bills in half. The only thing that I was thinking that could be an improvement on the design is the inner leather piece could be flipped the other way around to make the fold to be on the right side. that way you don't have to stitch it all the way up since it's already a solid fold. I just think it will become more durable if it would need less stitching. But all in all, the design is already great as it is now.

Great review! I never thought I'd want this kind of minimalist wallet (I currently have a Bellroy bifold), but this looks beautiful. I see it's now listed at $55, which is still an amazing deal. Might have to pick this one up.

@Chrispy Things, the review was great. I got my Dango A10 today I love it, the clip you were talking about being pretty loose not really secure for one bill I can tell you they definitely improved on that I had to push it really hard into its slot and it holds a single bill really well now.

Looks great. Just watching though, my preference is for a bit more security for my cash. It might be fine, but I might be worried that if I pulled it out, my cash would come tumbling out. I know Speakeasy makes a design with a snap. I have been carrying the Mitchell money clip wallet for 3 years now, and for me to give that up, I need both cash carrying capacity and some security for the cash when the wallet is open.

It is good to see a movement away from Costanza Wallet Syndrome. I was a victim/offender. A 1" booster seat in your right or left pocket is not ideal and the sooner you ditch it the better. IDK what it takes to put you over the top. Your videos are awesome. Love them. EDC community seems singularly focused on pocket items, but maybe some input on grooming items or clothing could be an angle to exploit?

Thank you so much for this review.. as far as i can see.. it is the only one on you tube.. i have my own rowan on the way.. had to get it custom made 1/4" larger to accommodate canadian bills been using the ridge for the last 7-8 years and its an amazing wallet.. but there's something about leather i really missed..

The flap will stay closed over time as it patinas! It definitely seems more flappy in the beginning since it is brand new.
